How You Can Make The Most Delicious Squash Pie!

Pumpkin pie is one of my favourite desserts.  I have such fond memories eating my mother's pie as a child.  So here is my recipe. I made the pie using a Blue Kuri squash but you can use another variety of squash, or of course pumpkin!
