Try The Ultimate Celebration Cake!

This is my favourite Fruit Cake recipe.  What I love about this recipe is the variety and quantity of fruit – sultanas, raisins, currants, cherries and mixed citrus peel - mixed with the wonderful spices.  I also include nibbed almonds in the mix.

It is the perfect cake for celebrations like weddings and christenings, and of course Christmas!

Even if you do not have a special event in your diary I urge you to make it because it is delicious!
