This Recipe Makes The Best Christmas Cake!

This is my favourite Christmas Fruit Cake recipe.  What I love about this recipe is the variety and quantity of fruit – sultanas, raisins, currants, cherries and mixed citrus peel - mixed with the wonderful spices.  I also include nibbed almonds in the mix.

You will know Christmas is around the corner when you mix this cake because the smell will transport you there immediately!
